Hollow cubes for the best part of a year, so we had stopped using the bin. It was the inlet valve, not the module, and he said so plainly. Full-size cubes again, first visit.
Fresh food side crept into the low fifties overnight while the freezer stayed rock hard. I had talked myself into a compressor. It was a seized evaporator fan and a thermistor reading nonsense.
